Il y a des semaines comme ça où l'inspiration ne suffit pas pour arriver à un résultat valable. Et puis, tout d'un coup ça marche, comme avec ce sujet que j'avais pris en croquis il y a quelques années. Un avant-goût de vacance bienvenu par ces températures (extérieures!) bien en-dessous de zéro.
There are weeks like this one when, although the inspiration is here, nothing seems to work. And all of a sudden it works again. I sketched this subject years ago before painting it now. A welcomed summer foretaste, knowing that the temperature outside is far below zero.
