Le Cantorama de Bellegarde est un des hauts lieux de l'art choral. En hiver, il n'est au soleil que quelques heures par jour, ce qui lui donne un éclairage particulier. Et c'est avec Paul, mon ami non-voyant, que j'ai fait cette aquarelle. Un peu complice, il me pose des questions et je lui décris chaque étape de la progression de mon travail, avec les détails qu'il souhaite. Et puis, c'est un bon moment passé ensemble dans la neige et au soleil.

The Cantorama is a well known site for choral art. In winter, it gets the sun only a couple of hours daily and this gives it a special light. And that's with my friend Paul, who is a blind person, that I painted this watercolor. A kind of complicity. He asks me questions and I describe each step of the process, adding the details he wishes. Beside, we have a great time being together in the snow in such a sunny spot.
