J'ai longtemps cru qu'il m'était impossible de retrouver l'esprit d'un croquis en le refaisant ou en l'agrandissant sur un autre support. Pour moi, ce qui suivait le croquis in situ ne pouvait être qu'un sous-produit. Finalement, je me suis décidé à tenter le coup, d'abord avec le croquis de la 2 CV (voir pages précédentes sur ce blog) puis maintenant avec ceux ramenés du Népal. Il me semble être sur la bonne voie. Tenez-vous les pouces pour moi!
I have always thought that it wasn't possible to keep the spirits of a sketch by redoing or enlarging it on a bigger sheet or on a canvas. For me, the result of working after the in situ sketch could only be a kind of byproduct. I finally gave it a try, first by reworking the 2 CV sketch (see previous pages) then this week about the ones I brought from Nepal. It seems that I am on the good way. Keep you fingers crossed for me!
